Personalize

The Personalize page lets admins customize display settings, report export behavior, session limits, and support access for the organization. It is organized into two tabs:

General

The General tab covers three sections: General Settings, Report Export Settings, and Session Management.

Steps to configure general settings

  1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Personalize.
  2. Select the General tab.

General Settings

  1. Use the Time Format drop-down menu to select the preferred time format.
  2. Use the Date Format drop-down menu to select the preferred date format.
  3. Use the Time Zone drop-down menu to select the preferred time zone.
  4. Under Change Logo, click Browse to upload a replacement logo for the product portal. The image must meet the following requirements:
    • Dimension: 200x50
    • Size: Up to 20MB
    • Format: JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG

Report Export Settings

  1. Enable the Force password protection toggle to require a password whenever a report is exported. When disabled, password protection is optional.
Note Reports exported before this setting is enabled will not be password-protected.

Session Management

  1. Use the Allowed Concurrent Sessions Count drop-down menu to set the maximum number of concurrent sessions a user can have. If a user exceeds this limit, they will be prompted to terminate their active sessions before proceeding.
  2. Click Save.

Support Access

The Support Access tab lets admins grant the support team temporary access to the organization's data for troubleshooting and debugging purposes. Admins retain full control over how long this access lasts.

Steps to configure support access

  1. Navigate to Settings > General Settings > Personalize.
  2. Select the Support Access tab.
  3. Enable the Enable Support Access toggle to grant the support team access to the organization's data.
  4. Use the Revoke After drop-down menu to set the duration of the access: 7 days, 14 days, or 28 days. Once the specified period elapses, access is automatically revoked.
  5. Enable Send product usage statistics anonymously to allow anonymous usage data to be shared with the product team to help improve the product.
  6. Click Save.

Tips

  • Set the time zone to match the organization's primary location so that report timestamps and audit logs are consistent across admin views.
  • Keep the Force password protection setting enabled if exported reports contain sensitive data that may be shared or distributed outside the organization.
  • Use the Support Access tab only when actively working with the support team on an issue, and set the shortest duration that gives them enough time to investigate. Access is automatically revoked once the period ends, but there is no reason to leave it open longer than needed.
