License Management

Identity360 is licensed based on the number of users. If you want to add a directory to Identity360 but don’t want all the users in that directory to be managed by Identity360, you can use the License Management option to assign licenses to only those users who need them and save on license costs. This option allows you to assign licenses to or reclaim licenses from users based on your requirements.

Impact of Licensing on Authentication

  1. Authentication will always be managed by Zoho Accounts for the users licensed under Zoho Directory.
  2. Authentication will be managed by Identity360 for users who are licensed under other cloud directories like Azure AD, Salesforce and G Suite Directory, if Identity360 authentication is enabled.
