Enhancements:

  • G Suite user reports: We have included new G Suite reports in Identity Manager Plus to facilitate easier tracking and auditing of user accounts:
    • All users: This report shows all the users, with their full names, primary email addresses, and more, in the G Suite directory.
    • Active users: This report shows all the users with active accounts in the G Suite directory.
    • Suspended users: This report shows all the users with suspended accounts in the G Suite directory.

Issue Fixes:

  • An issue with handling service provider-initiated SAML request of large size has been fixed.

Features:

  • Directory-based Authentication: Allow users to log in to Identity Manager Plus by authenticating against any of the supported directories such as Azure AD, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
  • License Management: Efficiently manage license by assigning it to users who need it and reclaiming it from users who don’t need it. You can even schedule a task with predefined criteria to automatically assign or reclaim license from users.
  • Login Activity Reports: Seven new reports that provide complete insights into users' logon activities and logon failure along with details such as the logon time, IP address, browser used, and reason for logon failure.
  • License expiration and usage notifications: Get notified via email when the license is about to expire or you are about to exceed your licensed user count.

Enhancement:

  • Option to link accounts between the user directories and SSO-enabled applications by selecting the attributes of your choice.
