Admin Audit Report
This report lists all the technicians to whom new roles were assigned or whose existing roles were modified. It displays the:
- Name of the admin who performed the action.
- Type of technician on whom the action was carried out- A single user or a group.
- Technician whose role was modified.
- Time at which the change was made.
- Action performed – Creation, modification, deletion, enabling or disabling a technician.
To search for changes made by any particular admin or changes made to any particular technician,
- Click on the icon.
- Enter the criteria and press the Enter key.
