1. **What happens if I leave the mail server password field empty when creating the profile?**

   If the password field is left empty for either the incoming or outgoing mail server, the user is prompted to enter the password once the profile is installed on the device.

2. **Can I use the same password for both incoming and outgoing mail?**

   Yes. Enable the "Use outgoing password same as incoming" option so the outgoing mail server uses the same password configured for the incoming mail server.

3. **How do I keep users from forwarding corporate mail to personal mail accounts?**

   Enable "Prevent Moving Messages to other Mail Accounts." This stops users from moving mail to other mail accounts on their device, and also restricts forwarding or replying to already-moved mail from other accounts.
