# Manifest file URL not reachable

## Problem

Users are trying to install an enterprise app from App Catalog and get the error message "Manifest file url not reachable"

## Cause

Users will get this error message when they try to install the Enterprise App and the device is unable to reach the manifest url.

## Resolution

Kindly contact support for further assistance and do upload the Mobile Device Manager Plus Server logs.
