I have many devices connected to the seed router, but not all devices are fetched in the map. How do I troubleshoot this issue?

1. Check if the missing devices are fetched while running a query for the OIDs listed on this page.
2. If the network devices are cascaded and connected through the Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), ensure that the devices are within the directly connected range of the seed router.
