Citrix HDX Realtime Media Engine Patch Issue

Description

Resolution

Follow the steps given below to resolve this issue:

1. Download the patch manually from the vendor portal: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/citrix-receiver/additional-client-software/hdx-realtime-media-engine-latest.html .
2. Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option, you can install this patch.
3. Otherwise, navigate to Patches → Downloaded Patches → Upload Patches → Search for the Bulletin ID TU-2177 and click on Upload under Action.
4. Then select Install Patches to deploy.
