# Resume a suspended compliance collection

Resumes a previously suspended CIS compliance collection, restarting scheduled scans and policy enforcement.

### Path Parameters

- **collectionId** `string` — Mandatory  
  The collection ID of the CIS compliance audit to resume. Fetch from [Get CG Association Details](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/api/cloud/get-cg-association-details.html).

  Name of the compliance collection.

  Message indicating the collection type mismatch or insufficient scope.

## Rate Limits

**Duration:** 1 minute | **Threshold:** 30 | **Lock period:** 5 minutes

Duration — Time window for the threshold.  
Threshold — Number of API calls allowed within the specified duration.  
Lock Period — Wait time before consecutive API requests.
