They are typically used within Download Filter and Web Filter policies. The policies can thus be deployed to these groups in one-go. If any modification is made to a website group associated with a deployed policy, the changes will be implemented within the next 90-minute refresh cycle. Kindly follow the steps given below to group the websites: 1. Navigate to **Manage -> Website Group**. 2. Click **Create Website Group**. 3. Give a name and description for the group. 4. You can choose to add the websites manually or by uploading their CSV file. ![Create Website Groups](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/images/browser-create-webg.png) ## Extension Repository Extensions can be efficiently deployed to computer groups by adding them to Endpoint Central's extension repository. This automated distribution eliminates the need for individual installations. Here's how to add extensions to the repository and distribute them to target devices: 1. Navigate to **Manage -> Extension Repository**. 2. Click **Add Extensions** and click the desired browser. 3. The extensions can be **uploaded directly** or added through **Web Store** by entering the **extension identifier**. Click **Add**. **Note:** The uploading of extensions directly is only supported in the **on-premise version**. ![Extension Repository](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/images/browser-extension-repository.png) After adding the specific extensions to the repository, [refer here](https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/help/browser-security/distribute-extensions.html) to distribute the extensions.
