Manual patch upload connection reset

A Cloud manual patch upload can fail with net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET even when the vendor package is valid.

Cause

The browser connection to the upload host is reset before the file upload completes. The package itself can still be valid. A common upload host is https://upload-accl.zoho.in.

Resolution

  1. Allow the upload host through the proxy, firewall, and SSL inspection.
  2. Retry the upload in an incognito window or a different browser.
  3. Retry from another network to rule out local network restrictions.
