We're excited to introduce the newly improved SupportCenter Plus 11.0. SupportCenter Plus is now armed with a brand-new UI, feature enhancements, and exciting new capabilities.

You can now create different service plans for your customers, and provide accurate billing for support reps. You can even create dedicated portals for each of your customer support divisions or verticals to manage support independently with a single license. Utilize live chats to manage tickets in real-time, simplify field service management by leveraging the Zoho Maps and Google Maps integration, and a lot more. Next up, the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus gets a bunch of new features aimed to improve the service request management module. With these new features, you can now add sections in request templates, add service and request costs, add resource images, reorder resource questions, and more.
