Here we are at the end of the first quarter of the year, and a lot has been happening on our end. We could all use a healthy diversion from the pandemic, so here we go.

To start with, I've got an exciting event to share with you. ManageEngine's ITSM Day 2021, a virtual conference that we host every year, is coming up on May 11, with enterprise service management (ESM) as the theme. We invite you to register for this conference and learn about the importance of ESM in the current landscape, best practices, and the pros of using ITSM beyond IT practices with ESM.

It's one thing to purchase a top-notch service desk tool and another to use it to its fullest potential. Struggling to set up your new ServiceDesk Plus instance? We're here to help! Er...actually, Zia is! Speaking of chatbots, ServiceDesk Plus Cloud for Microsoft Teams is getting a face lift and a host of new updates, including an enhanced chatbot interface. This release can be expected to roll out sometime this fall.

While that's in the making, what's already rolled out is the visual change workflow builder for ServiceDesk Plus. This latest release also includes a new UI for asset management, integrations with ManageEngine Key Manager Plus and telephony servers, and a new report type. Make sure to check it out.
