OpManager Plus and Site24x7 were built to solve the same problem: one as an on-premises solution, one as a SaaS offering. As those environments converge for most customers, running two separate products to monitor one IT estate stopped making sense. OpManager Nexus is the name that reflects what the platform actually does now.
OpManager Plus is now OpManager Nexus
OpManager Plus offers observability as an on-prem solution while Site24x7 offers observability as a SaaS solution. OpManager Nexus combines these two delivery models and offers observability function both as on-prem and as SaaS.
Your deployment, licenses, APIs, and support stay exactly as they are.
Why the new name?
For years, OpManager Plus was offering observability functions as an on-premise solution and Site24x7 offered the same as SaaS. Now, with OpManager Nexus, we have unified the deployment models and offer observability both as an on-premise and SaaS model.
Modern IT isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some organizations require the control and security of on-premises hosting to meet strict compliance and regulatory standards. Others prioritize the scalability and agility of a SaaS observability solution. OpManager Nexus is built to bridge that gap, offering a unified platform that respects your need for self-hosted security while delivering the flexible visibility of the cloud. No matter where your workloads live, we’ve unified the experience.
A nexus is a point of convergence. That’s what this platform is now.

FAQ
Why are you rebranding the product?
Is this the result of a merger, acquisition, or ownership change?
No. Both Site24x7 and OpManager Plus have been ManageEngine products and OpManager Nexus remains a part of ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation. Zoho Corporation is privately held and there are no external investors, no acquisition, and no ownership change behind this.
Is this only a name change, or are there product changes too?
Primarily a name change. The product works exactly as it did before — same features, same architecture, same interface, same behavior.
Will this impact my existing deployment or require migration?
No. Nothing about your deployment changes. No migration, no reinstallation, no action needed on your end.
Will my licenses, subscriptions, or commercial agreements be affected?
No. Your agreements stay as they are. If licensing or pricing ever changes, that gets announced separately, well before anything takes effect — this isn’t that.
Will support, SLAs, or account management change?
No. Support, SLAs, and product management all continue as normal. If anything changes in the future, it will be announced separately.
Will integrations, APIs, and third-party connections keep working?
Yes. No changes to APIs or integrations are required on your side.
Does this change the product roadmap or long-term strategy?
No. The roadmap stays the same — the focus continues to be on building toward full-stack observability.
What about documentation, URLs, or in-product branding change?
Documentation stays the same. Support URLs, the store, and licensing portals are all unchanged. The only visible difference is the updated branding in the product interface.
How should customers refer to the product going forward?
OpManager Nexus. It’s ManageEngine’s observability solution, combining on-premises and SaaS observability.
What happens to Site24x7?
Site24x7 will continue to exist and primarily focus on offering website and digital experience monitoring. Its core infrastructure, cloud, and observability capabilities are now integrated into OpManager Nexus.
When will Site24x7 be rebranded to OpManager Nexus?
For now, the SaaS observability function of OpManager Nexus will be served through Site24x7. This will be changed to OpManager Nexus in the coming months.
Will my existing Site24x7 installation be affected?
For existing customers using Site24x7 as an observability solution, the only visual change will be the branding, which will change in the coming months. As specified above there will be no change in pricing or user experience.
Can OpManager Nexus work seamlessly as a hybrid deployment?
Currently, no. OpManager Nexus is just a rebranding, and the deployment models continue to be offered separately for on-premises and SaaS environments.
