This section is applicable to the MSP Edition (Central Only).
|Note: Initially, the data rebranded at the MSP level is propagated to Probe(s), upon registering with Central. Then, whenever the data is updated in the Central, the same gets propagated to all the registered Probes.|
The following list of properties can be rebranded at MSP level:
Warning: The logo cannot be re-branded and must not be re-engineered.
Configure the following rebranding information, to enable MSP-level rebranding;
Login to IT360 - MSP Central console with the Username and Password of an Admin user.
Click the Admin tab in the header pane.
Customize the product by configuring the following Rebrand settings:
Company Name: Enter the name of the company that you want to appear in the product, in this textbox. The Company Name entered here appears throughout the product.
Product Name: Enter the name of the product in this textbox. The Product Name entered here appears throughout, as the product title.
Copyright Text: Enter the copyright information in this textbox. This information is displayed throughout the product, at the bottom right corner.
Favicon Image: This image uploaded by you appears in the browser's address bar, as shown below:
Follow the below steps to upload the Favicon image:
Note: The Favicon Image must be in ICO format and of resolution - 16x16 pixels. If you try to upload image of format other than ICO, a warning message will be shown.
Now, follow the below steps to upload the Header image:
- Click on the 'Change' link.
- Click the Choose File button and select the Header image file for upload.
Note: The Header Image must be in GIF format and of resolution - 198x50 pixels. If you try to upload image of format other than GIF, a warning message will be shown.
Now, the IT360 - MSP edition will be customized based on the above rebrand settings, configured by you. To view the rebranded webclient, just logout and re-login with any one of the below user roles:
1. All the changes done at this MSP level will take effect, only when you login the webclient using any one of the above mentioned roles.
2. In case, if the changes made are not reflected in the product, then you need to clear the cache.
