Migration Management in IT360

This section discusses the different migration possibilities in IT360 that fulfills the "change anything at any time" principle.

Compatible Versions for Migration

The below table lists the compatible versions for each of the point products, from which you can migrate to the latest version of IT360 (Build Number 9100).

You can view the version of the point products that are compatible with IT360, from the IT360 console. Navigate to 'Settings -> Support' and check the 'Product Information' section.

If the version of the point product that you are using is the same as that of the one mentioned in the 'Product Information' section, then you can directly migrate to IT360. If not, you have to make your point product to be in sync with the version mentioned there, and then upgrade to IT360.
