Suresh Bagavathy is a technical support specialist in ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation. With 9 years of expertise in technical support, he has conferred several training, demo and installation sessions. Arun Kannan is a Technical Engineer in ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corporation. He started his professional career in 2007, where he was involved in various IT Support, Sales and Project Management activities. He has first hand experience of several installation sessions across the globe. With deep knowledge in Applications Manager, he has helped several organizations manage their applications better.
Aswim specializes in technical support services for network and server management of ManageEngine, with more than 6 years of practical experience in the field, he has done a large number of implementations, giving demos and training. Aswim is a veteran when it comes to large-scale installations of network monitoring solutions.

Saulo Britto was one of the first Brazilians to obtain the maximum certification in ITIL (Service Manager). He began his executive career in 2000 as Project Manager for Y2K and integration of international roaming with Vodafone and Nextel. He was also Superintendent of Technology at Liberty Seguros and Director of Operations and Projects at DHC Outsourcing (current UOL). He worked as a Unix specialist on several international projects by Philips. Today Britto is (CEO) of Pinpoint, providing solutions and services for the management of IT infrastructure and networks.
