Agent Troubleshooting Tool

ManageEngine Desktop Central MSP performs all desktop management activities via Desktop Central MSP Agent. If the Desktop Central MSP agent present on the client computers is not active/reachable, then Desktop Central server will not be able to manage the specific computer. Desktop Central MSP agent is designed in such a way that it contacts the Desktop Central MSP server once in every 90 minutes to receive the updates/tasks from the Desktop Central MSP server/Distribution Server. When the Desktop Central MSP agents do not communicate with the Desktop Central MSP, you will have to manually troubleshoot the reasons and get them fixed. Desktop Central MSP has automated this process, and has introduced a tool for troubleshooting the Desktop Central agent.
