To ensure that the data on your macOS devices is safe, ManageEngine empowers admins to set up Recovery Lock and firmware passwords. This prompts for password authentication whenever a user tries to boot up the device in macOS Recovery, where sensitive data on hard disk drives can be accessed. Additionally, you can prevent users from enabling iCloud Private Relay. These security enhancing features are not offered by Sophos.

Sophos integrates with TeamViewer for remote troubleshooting. This means you can expect a complicated setup process and extra costs.

With features being split across multiple tabs, Sophos doesn't offer the most user-friendly experience. For instance, the option to delay OS updates for iOS is found under Restrictions while the option to enforce iOS updates is under a totally different list of actions. To complicate things further, the same features are named differently across multiple OSs; for example, Android OS Updates are called System Updates.
On the other hand, ManageEngine strives to keep it's UI simplified and consistent across all its products, letting you easily access features that are logically grouped together.
Being able to develop apps and configure, distribute, and update them with a single workflow helps reduce time spent on app management. Integrating with multiple app stores is a major part of this process.
