# iOS DDM Keyboard Settings

The Keyboard Settings profile allows administrators to manage keyboard features and input methods on managed iOS devices. It enables organizations to control typing assistance, text prediction, dictation, spell checking, and other keyboard-related capabilities to meet security, privacy, and usability requirements.

## Profile Description

**Dictionary Word Lookup:** Allows or restricts users from looking up word definitions using the built-in dictionary.

**Predictive Keyboard:** Allows or restricts the display of predictive text suggestions while typing.

**Auto Correction:** Allows or restricts automatic correction of misspelled words as users type.

**Spellcheck:** Allows or restricts spell checking and highlighting of misspelled words.

**Dictation:** Allows or restricts the use of voice dictation for text input.

**Allow Slide to Type:** Allows or restricts the Slide to Type gesture for entering text by swiping across the keyboard.

**Allow Math Keyboard Suggestions:** Allows or restricts keyboard suggestions for mathematical expressions and calculations where supported.

**Allow Text Replacement:** Allows or restricts the use of text replacement shortcuts configured on the device.
