# iOS DDM Math & Calculator Settings

The Math & Calculator Settings profile allows administrators to manage mathematical features and Calculator capabilities on managed iOS devices. It enables organizations to control advanced calculation tools, Math Notes, unit conversions, and keyboard-based math suggestions to align with educational, enterprise, or security requirements.

## Profile Description

**Add Square Root Button:** Allows or restricts the display of the square root (√) button in the Calculator app.

**Enable Scientific Mode:** Allows or restricts access to the Calculator app's scientific functions and advanced mathematical operations.

**Enable Math Notes Mode:** Allows or restricts the use of Math Notes for solving and evaluating mathematical expressions in supported apps.

**Allow Unit Conversion:** Allows or restricts unit conversion capabilities within the Calculator app and supported system features.

**Allow Keyboard Math Suggestions:** Allows or restricts keyboard suggestions for mathematical expressions and calculations while typing.

**Allow Math Notes in Other Apps:** Allows or restricts the use of Math Notes functionality in supported third-party and Apple apps.
