# iOS DDM Safari Managed Bookmarks

The Safari Managed Bookmarks profile allows administrators to deploy and manage predefined bookmarks on managed iOS devices. It enables organizations to create bookmark folders, organize bookmarks hierarchically, and provide users with quick access to corporate resources, internal portals, and approved websites.

## Profile Description

**Group Identifier:** Specifies a unique identifier for the managed bookmark group. This identifier is used to distinguish the bookmark collection on the device.

**Folder Name:** Specifies the name of the folder under which the managed bookmarks are displayed in Safari.

**Bookmarks:** Defines the collection of managed bookmark items that are deployed to the device. Each item can be a URL bookmark or a folder.

**Bookmark Type:** Specifies the type of bookmark item. Select **URL Bookmark** to add a website link or **Folder** to create a nested bookmark folder.

**Title:** Specifies the display name of the bookmark or folder as it appears in Safari.

**URL:** Specifies the website address for a **URL Bookmark**. This setting is applicable only when the bookmark type is **URL Bookmark**.
