This guide explains how to integrate Mobile Device Manager Plus with ServiceNow so help desk technicians can remotely lock or wipe managed devices from the ServiceNow console. To provide additional technicians access to the Mobile Device Manager Plus plug-in on the ServiceNow console, the admin must perform following steps:
The technician must login and perform the following steps on the ServiceNow console
The help desk technicians can now remotely lock devices and when devices are lost wipe either only the corporate data or the complete device right from the ServiceNow console.

The integration lets help desk technicians resolve tickets for managed mobile devices faster, since they can remotely lock devices or wipe corporate data (or the entire device) directly from the ServiceNow console.
Add Mobile Device Manager Plus from the ServiceNow Store, then in ServiceNow go to Mobile Device Management > Setup to either integrate with an existing MDM account or create one. Copy the Redirect URL, create an OAuth Client in the Zoho Accounts Developer Console using that URL, then paste the generated Client ID and Client secret (with your Zoho email) back into ServiceNow and generate an access token to complete the integration.
