MSP Central account creation

To access the MSP Central platform, begin by signing up with the below steps: New users can sign up to the MSP Central platform using this link and by entering the following details:

  • Name
  • Business email
  • Company

Existing Zoho users may proceed directly by accessing the platform from the same link.

Customer onboarding

The first step after signing up to the platform is to add your customers.

  • Navigate to Admin > General Settings > Customers > Add Customer.
  • Specify the name of the customer, enter their email address, assign a service, and click Add Customer.

Site onboarding

Once customers are added, the next step is to add their sites.

  • Navigate to Admin > General Settings > Sites > Add Site.
  • Select the customer from the drop-down menu and specify a name for the site.

Onboarding Endpoints

Install an agent with direct communication by selecting Download Agent within the newly created site under Admin > Sites. To explore more agent installation options that suit your client environment, refer to agent installation methods.
Configure a site with a distribution server by navigating to Endpoints > Agent > Remote Office. From the Action column, modify the respective site to update the distribution server details.

Onboarding Network Devices

To monitor network devices, install the On-Premise Poller in the network and perform a network scan to detect and monitor the devices. Refer to this document for steps to install the On-Premise Poller.

Onboarding Servers

For real-time monitoring of servers, you may opt for:

User Onboarding

To add a user:

  • Navigate to Admin > General Settings > Users > Add User.
  • Specify the user, enter the email, assign the respective services and roles or enable admin access (if required), and fill out the other fields.

Domain Whitelisting

To ensure smooth communication between the MSP Central server, its agents, and the cloud service, please verify if the following domains are on your customer network's whitelist:
