WebNMS Framework MSP Edition Product Life Cycle Plan

WebNMS has announced Product Life Cycle Plan for WebNMS Framework MSP Edition based on WebNMS Product Life Cycle Policy and it will not be available for purchase or active support. WebNMS ensures a smooth transition for existing customers from WebNMS Framework MSP Edition to the Remote Management Solution platform by means of the Product Life Cycle Plan described below. Stages in WebNMS Framework MSP Edition Product Life Cycle Plan

The stages in the Product Life Cycle Plan of WebNMS Framework MSP Edition, following the end of sale and active support, are as follows:

Web NMS MSP Edition End - of - Life Stages

Extended Support Phase: During this phase, complete development and deployment support is available for customers. Product-related clarifications, usage suggestions, normal patch support for bug fixes, and periodic service pack releases from time to time are available. Feature enhancements will not be taken up. Customers can start planning their migration to the Remote Management Solution platform.

Minimal Support Phase: During this phase, development support is not available and only deployment support is available for customers. Customer-specific patches based on customer requirements are provided. Periodic service packs are not available. Customers can start planning their migration to the Remote Management Solution platform.

EOL Phase: This phase pertains to the product releases that are neither available on the web site nor supported. Only online help is available in the Web site. Technical support is no longer available for the mentioned release versions of WebNMS Framework MSP Edition. Customers are strongly recommended to migrate to the Remote Management Solution platform.

Note: Customers who are using or have deployed a product that has reached End of Life can either upgrade or set up a special support contract with WebNMS. Customers can talk to WebNMS sales team to buy support at special prices. If a customer has a special contract with WebNMS thye provide support as per the contract (with the special contract superseding the Product Life Cycle Policy).
