When you encounter issues with DeviceExpert, you might wish to report the same to the support team. Log files related the issue would be of great help in getting to the root of the issue. You can create the log files by just clicking the button "Create" available in the "Support File Creation" tab.
Before creating the log files, enable 'Debug Mode':
To enable Debug Mode,
go to "Admin" >> "General Settings" >> "Log Level"
in the UI that opens, select 'DEBUG' log level from the drop-down and click "Save"

To create log files and send them to the support team,
click "Create"
latest server log files will be created in the form of a zip
the URL for downloading the zip file would be displayed; you can view the log files if you wish
enter your email ID in the textfield
enter details about the issue you are facing
click "Send"
the log files along with your comment would be sent to the support team
