(Reported by Fabius Watson) ## Build No 12.8.636 - March 05, 2026 **Issues Fixed:** - OpManager: From version 12.8.540, interface threshold failure alarms were transitioning between the configured severities, even when the recorded value continued to violate the Critical threshold. This has been fixed now. - OpManager: From version 12.8.635, an issue in the "Run Program" and "Run System Command" notification profiles caused profile trigger failures. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, in rare scenarios, the upgrade process was halted due to a false health check failure caused by a case-sensitive comparison of the installation path. This issue has now been fixed. - General: The APNS certificate for iOS mobile application has been updated as the current APNS certificate will be expired on March 26, 2026. - OpManager: Previously, an Out of Memory (OOM) issue occurred because BGP polling tasks would accumulate when SNMP responses were delayed. This has now been fixed. - OpManager: An issue that caused failures during Downtime Schedule edit and delete operations in certain MSSQL database environments due to database constraint conflicts was observed. This issue has now been fixed. - OpManager: Previously, interface alarm suppression was not working in the Central inventory. This has now been fixed. - OpManager: Previously, custom fields were not updated during CSV discovery for Switch, UPS, Printer, and Domain Controller device categories. This has now been fixed. - OpManager: Previously, monitor failure alerts in the Data Collection Manager were triggered before reaching the configured number of consecutive failures due to incorrect failure count increment and reset behavior. This issue has now been fixed. - OpManager: Previously, the HeatMap widget experienced performance issues due to query processing. This issue has now been fixed. - Enterprise Edition: During upgrades from builds earlier than `128581`, the upgrade may fail on probe installations using a remote PostgreSQL database if Downtime Schedules were configured before the upgrade. - General: Previously, in rare scenarios, the upgrade process was halted due to a false health check failure caused by deleted duplicate entries of the Network Packet Sensor in the database. This issue has now been fixed. This issue has now been fixed. - OpManager: Previously, Disk count discrepancies found in Disks tab of EqualLogic Storage Device. This issue has been fixed now. - General: Previously, upgrades from base version 12.8.586 or higher were blocked at the precheck phase due to a scheduler-initiated Database Analyzer operation in certain scenarios. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, when embedding Widget or NOC views, users faced login failures when trying to access the Device Snapshot page. This has been fixed now. - General: There was an issue in fetching the Groups under Notification profile → Log a ticket for SDP MSP versions over 14850, 14940 and above as V1 API is deprecated. This issue has been fixed now by supporting the V3 API. Please refer to the compatibility document. - General: Previously, configuring the Microsoft Teams integration and sending messages failed due to internal changes in the OAuthProvider framework from OpManager version `128624`. This issue has now been resolved. - General: Previously, in certain cases, after upgrading to version `128607` or above, file synchronization failed in failover services, resulting in secondary service startup failure. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, ServiceNow could not communicate with OpManager, even when the MID Server was configured in OpManager, for ServiceNow versions “Yokohama” and above due to a deprecated component in ServiceNow. This issue has now been resolved. - General: Previously, in versions 12.8.627 and above, the secondary server in Failover setups could not take over when a mail server was configured. This issue has been fixed. - General: Previously, in version 12.8.628 there was an issue with loading subnet details in OpManager Central, OpManager Plus Central, and OpManager MSP Central. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, in version 12.8.582, the row background color was missing for some rows in IP Address Manager and Switch Port Mapper. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, in version 12.8.455, there was an issue with creating custom columns in IP Address Manager or Switch Port Mapper caused issues during backup and restore. - General: Previously, there was a UI issue with the Add Switch functionality, where the display of the scan option appeared as none. This issue has now been resolved. - General: Previously, the group associated the Notification Profile name w.r.t the selected device was not listed in the Notification Profile Filters of the Notification Triggered Report. This issue has now been resolved. - General: From version `128581`, users experienced login failures after updating the password policy due to missing payload encryption until the next service restart. This issue has now been resolved. - General: Previously in MSSQL installations, if the auth providers returned a larger access token for authentication, the system failed to save the OAuth Provider configurations. This issue has now been fixed. - General: Previously, in the Old model failover setups, there was a rare case where, if the database got disconnected, the Standby service would take over even though the Primary service was still active. It has been fixed now. - General: Previously, from version `128540`, while performing test action for Freshdesk, issues occurred when company field is enabled. This issue is now resolved. - General: The password input field size has been increased for the OpManager–ServiceNow integration. - General: From version 12.8.583, the Reset TOTP Secret icon was not displayed on the User Management page for editions other than Enterprise. This issue has been fixed now. - OpManager: XSS vulnerability detected in the Heatmap widget upon enabling 'Show label' has been fixed now.
