# CI sync

[OpManager's integration with ServiceNow](https://www.manageengine.com/network-monitoring/help/integrate-servicenow.html) helps network admins log OpManager alarms as tickets in ServiceNow. You can configure relevant [notification profiles](https://www.manageengine.com/network-monitoring/help/configuring-notifications.html) for the respective alerts and forward the OpManager alarms as ServiceNow tickets.
