# Device-specific Monitors

The monitoring configuration may need alteration for specific devices. Doing a bulk-configuration using the device templates applies the same set of configurations for the devices of the same type. In order to change the configuration for specific devices, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to **Inventory → Devices** and click on a device to open its snapshot page.
2. Click on **Monitors → Performance Monitors**
3. Click the **Edit** icon against the monitor name. The Edit Monitor page is displayed.
4. Change the values for the required parameters and click **Save**.

The changes made to the monitor will now be reflected only for the respective devices.
