Forwarding Traps

Configure OpManager to notify users through an SNMP trap when a specific fault occurs.

Steps to forward Traps:

  1. Go to Settings → Monitoring → SNMP Trap Processors → Forward Trap.
  2. Provide the Name/IP address of the host to which notifications have to be sent.
  3. Provide the trap listening port number of the host to which notifications have to be sent.
  4. Click Save.

Note: This feature is supported only for SNMP versions v1, v2, and v2c.
