Although cloud workspaces have many advantages, no cloud provider is immune to service outages - even Office 365. Office 365 service outages can temporarily disrupt business processes, including scheduled calls with customers and online meetings, or bring them to a halt entirely. While Microsoft does provide notices about Office 365 service outages, these notices are only available in the service dashboard, forcing administrators to constantly keep an eye on that dashboard and adding to their already demanding workload.
