When it comes to user activity auditing, Office 365 logs all the user activities without any disparity. However, if you want to identify the employees accessing the company data beyond business hours, non-business hours auditing is a great option. But in Office 365, there is no such option to filter audit logs based on business hours.
With O365 Manager Plus, you can configure business hours and retrieve the audit logs for business and non-business hours in a single click.
Having configured the business hours, create an audit profile to view the required audit logs as per your need. For example, you might want to know about users' logon activity, mails sent, files accessed, etc., during non-business hours. Refer this document to know how to create an audit profile.
After creating an audit profile as per your needs,
You can export the report to PDF, CSV, HTML, or CSV format using the Export As option found at the top right corner, or you can also email the report directly from O365 Manager Plus by choosing More → Send Mail, from the top right corner of the page.
