Get real-time service outage alerts for faster downtime resolution with O365 Manager Plus.

Office 365 offers 99.9 percent uptime, guaranteed by a financially-backed SLA. However, the remedial Service Credit guaranteed in the SLA is subject to accurate reporting of downtime. Any downtime that goes unnoticed or isn't reported before being resolved won't count against the SLA. What's more, detecting and reporting on service outages using the Office 365 admin center is difficult.

Microsoft only provides service outage notices in the Office 365 service health dashboard. If you don’t constantly check this dashboard, you might not report downtime quite as quickly. O365 Manager Plus overcomes this limitation of the Office 365 admin center by sending out immediate email notifications whenever a service declines. These automatic alerts enable you to report downtime events as soon as they occur.

Key Features of O365 Manager Plus

  • Office 365 service health notifications

View the availability of endpoints and receive real-time Office 365 service health email notifications whenever service outages occur.

  • Office 365 service health dashboard for multiple tenants

Monitor the health of Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, OneDrive for Business, Skype for Business, and other Office 365 services for multiple tenants, all from a central location.

  • Granular visibility into your Office 365 health

View granular details such as the number of incidents occurring in each Office 365 service and in each service's endpoints; the number of users and tenants affected by each incident; the status of each incident; the start and end time of each incident; and the regions affected by each incident.

  • Access to historical data

Access Office 365 service health monitoring data for any period in the past, rather than just the 30 days of data accessible in Office 365's native tool.

  • It is valuable to our future business and, just as importantly, allows me to keep on improving the level of service we provide.
