Description
You are trying to download Cisco Secure Client - AnyConnect VPN patches and the download fails. This is because the direct download of patches are only available to the registered customers with service contract.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Download the updates of Cisco Secure Client - AnyConnect VPN manually.
- Click on Upload near the Download failed error message. Using the Upload option you can install this patch.
- Otherwise, navigate to Patches -> Downloaded Patches -> Upload Patches -> Search for the Bulletin ID TU-1462 and click on Upload under Action.
- Then select Install Patches to deploy.
