Problem

You have upgraded to the latest service pack and configurations are not applied properly after the upgradation.

Cause

This could be because you have not upgraded the version of the Patch Manager Plus agents, in the client computers, to the latest version. If the agents are not upgraded to the latest version, the product server will keep trying to upgrade them and the configurations will not be applied.

Resolution

  • Ensure that you upgrade the agents, in the client computers, to the latest version
  • Apply configurations immediately by doing either of the following:
    • Right-click on the tray icon of the application and click Apply Configurations
    • Execute C:\Program Files\UEMS_Agent\bin\cfgupdate
