Patch Manager Plus server is not starting

What is the issue?

Your Patch Manager Plus server is not starting.

What is the cause?

If you are installing the Patch Manager Plus server and its build number is below 10.0.652, then your server will not start due to the trial license expiration of EXE files.

How to resolve the issue?

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Download the petinfo.dat file here: Download petinfo.dat
2. Go to the location where you have installed the Endpoint Central EXE file and open the lib folder. For example: C:\Program Files\UEMS_CentralServer\lib
3. Replace the petinfo.dat file with the newly downloaded one.
4. Start the Patch Manager Plus server.
