Before deploying the Windows Feature Pack, you'll have to check if your system is compatible with the latest version of Windows. Windows 10 version 1903 was released in the month of May 2019. You can update to Windows 10 version 1903 only if you're using Patch Manager Plus build version 10.0.147 or above.
