Privileged identities have proliferated in most business routines, making privileged access management (PAM) an enterprise-wide necessity. Every business workflow demands some form of privileged access. This takes PAM out of the IT silo and places it at the heart of enterprise business workflows.
PAM360 can integrate with over 850 business applications to offer powerful workflow automation capabilities—powered by Zoho Flow. With Zoho Flow's intuitive workflow builders and eclectic app gallery spanning multiple business functions, such as HR and ITSM, IT teams can secure and automate privileged access routines across the enterprise.
Users can create custom workflows within Zoho Flow between multiple different kinds of business applications. All the applications that are partnered with Zoho Flow can be integrated with PAM360 using webhooks and/or APIs.
Powered by Zoho Flow, PAM360 can receive and process action requests triggered by any application present in the nearly inexhaustible Zoho Flow app gallery. These actions include creating users, adding users to user groups, locking and unlocking users, and sharing privileged accounts and resources with users and user groups. Additionally, Zoho Flow can fetch the details of privileged users and resources stored in PAM360 to be used by other applications within Zoho Flow.
