In Active Directory, when a LDAP query group or Business Rule Application Group (BRAP) is changed, event ID 695 gets logged. 

This log data gives the following information:

Subject: User who performed the action Security ID
Account Name

New Account: Created user account  Security ID

Group Domain
Attributes SAM Account Name
SID History
Additional Information Privileges
