View Automation history

    You can now cast the burdens of tracking a task-status on ADManager Plus. Automation's history feature allows you to view a complete history of all configured automations at any time; The history will include when the automation was run, the total number of tasks it includes, which of them are pending, and which of them have been executed etc.

    Follow the below given steps to view the execution history of an Automation

    1. Click on Automation tab
    2. From the left pane choose "Automation"
    3. In the page that appears click on the history icon displayed in the last column of the table.
    4. A page with a complete history of all executions of the automation will appear. It will include when the automation was started, when it ended, and the total number of tasks in the automation that were executed, the number of tasks that are yet to be executed, etc.
    5. Click Automation History Retention Period to configure the retention period (a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 10 years) for automation execution history and hit Save.
    Note: Completed automations are archived whenever the closed workflow requests are archived, after the period specified in Archive Settings.
