    1. Q: Is ADManager Plus server installation mandatory?
      A: Yes. This serves as the repository from where the app fetches data.
    2. Q: Is my phone supported?
      A: Currently the app is supported in Android and iOS phones. Requires android 4.1 or later versions. Requires iOS 6.0 or later versions for iOS mobile phones.
    3. Q: How can I get the mobile app?
      A: Download from the Playstore for Android and from the iTunes Appstore for iPhone.
    4. Q: Do I have to pay for the mobile app?
      A: No. Installation and usage from the app is completely free.
    5. Q: How do I configure the server settings?
      A: Save the hostname, port, and protocol from the URL you use while accessing the desktop application. If you don't use any port numbers while accessing the desktop application, use 443 as the default port number while setting up the mobile app.
    6. Q: Can I try the demo on the mobile app as I did for the ADManager plus desktop server?
      A: Yes. You can configure and try the demo.admanagerplus.com site. Provide the following

      details for server settings:

      • Hostname: demo.admanagerplus.com
      • Port: 443
      • Protocol: http

      Once the server settings are saved, use the below values in the login page:

      • Username: adminuser
      • Password: 123@admP
      • Domain: admanagerplus.com
    7. Q. Do the operations performed from the mobile app get tracked in ADManager plus?
      A. Yes, you can view the details of the mgmt actions performed in the Audit report under the Delegation tab.
    8. Q. Can I perform AD mgmt operations on 'all objects' in one go - from the reports?
      A. Yes. If you haven't selected any object in the report and if you perform the default mgmt action in the page, it will be performed/applied on all the objects.
    9. Q. Does the 'authorization roles' assigned for a technician apply for the actions performed on mobile apps as well?
      A. Yes, whatever restriction/permission is set for a technician on the desktop application, will also be applied for the actions he/she performs through the mobile app. For example, if a technician is not allowed to view the disabled users report, he will not be able view it from the mobile app either.
