    Modify Calendar Permissions

    This feature allows you to set or modify users' and groups' permissions on Exchange Online mailboxes' or Microsoft 365 (formerly known as Office 365) calendars.

    Steps:

    1. Click the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. Click Management from the options on the left pane.
    3. Under Exchange Online, click Calendar Management.
    4. In Calender Permission Tasks, click Modify Calendar Permissions.
    5. In Select Users/Groups & Permisions,
      1. Choose the users and groups whose permissions you wish to modify in Select Users/Groups field by clicking the icon.
      2. Pick the desired permission.
      3. Select the Notify Users option if you wish to email the users to whom the
      4. permission is being assigned.
    6. In Find Calendars to Modify,
      1. Select the desired Microsoft 365 Tenant.
      2. Enter the names of the calendars on which you wish to grant permissions in the Select Calendars field, and click Find.
      3. You can also import the list from a CSV file
      4. From the list displayed, pick the desired calendars, and click Apply.

    Remove Calendar Permissions

    This feature allows you to remove the permissions that users and groups have on Exchange Online mailbox calendars.

    Steps:

    1. Click the Microsoft 365 tab.
    2. Click Management from the options on the left pane.
    3. Under Exchange Online, click Calendar Management.
    4. Under Calender Permission Tasks, click Remove Calendar Permissions..
    5. In Select Users/Groups & Permisions, choose the users and groups whose permissions you wish to modify in Select Users/Groups field by clicking the icon.
    6. In Find Calendars to Modify,
      1. Select the desired Microsoft 365 Tenant.
      2. Enter the names of the desired calendars in Select Calendars field, and click Find. You can also import the list from a CSV file
      3. From the list displayed, pick the desired calendars, and click Apply.
