    User Mailbox Security

    This report contains details like users who have access to specific mailbox, access rights and inheritance type.

    To generate this report,

    1. Navigate to Office 365 → Reports → Other Services → Security Reports → Mailbox Security Reports → User Mailbox Security.
    2. Select the Office 365 tenant.
    3. Click Generate Now.

    Shared Mailbox Security

    This report contains information about the users with access to the mailbox, access type and inheritance type.

    To generate this report,

    1. Navigate to Office 365 → Reports → Other Services → Security Reports → Mailbox Security Reports → Shared Mailbox Security.
    2. Select the Office 365 tenant.
    3. Click Generate Now.

    Mailbox Retention Policy

    This report has information about the retention policy, retention URL and the retention hold status.

    To generate this report,

    1. Navigate to Office 365 → Reports → Other Services → Security Reports → Mailbox Security Reports → Mailbox Retention Policy.
    2. Select the Office 365 tenant.
    3. You can also filter the report by domain or group.
    4. Click Generate Now.

    Mailbox on hold

    This report contains details about whether the litigation hold is enabled, date, owner and duration of litigation hold and more.

    To generate this report,

    1. Navigate to Office 365 → Reports → Other Services → Security Reports → Mailbox Security Reports → Mailbox On Hold.
    2. Select the Office 365 tenant.
    3. You can also filter the report by domain or group.
    4. Click Generate Now.

    Mailbox Auditing

    This report contains details on mailbox auditing status, whether it is enabled or disabled, age limit, owner, and admin of the mailbox, and delegate of the audit policy and more.

    To generate this report,

    1. Navigate to Office 365 → Reports → Other Services → Security Reports → Mailbox Security Reports → Mailbox Auditing.

    This report contains details of mailboxes accessed by users other than the owners of those mailboxes.

    To generate this report,

    2. Select the Office 365 tenant.

    This report contains details of mailboxes accessed by users other than the owners of those mailboxes.
