MS Office 365 Reports

    Besides Office 365 specific attributes, these reports will also display users' Active Directory-specific attributes such as SID, SAM Account Name, OU Name, and Object GUID.

    Office 365 Users

    This report provides the list of all users present in your Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Office 365 Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Inactive Office 365 Users

    This report helps you identify the Office 365 users who have not logged on to Office 365 during the specified time period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click Office 365 tab.
    2. Click the Reports link from the left pane.
    3. Under Reports, click theUser Reportslink. UnderUser Reports, selectInactive Users.
    4. Select the O365 account and enter the preferred period. Select Exclude Active AD users option and choose the preferred domain(s). The Exclude Active AD users option will be displayed if directory sync is enabled for the configured Office 365 account.
    5. Click the Generate button.The Inactive users report will fetch the last logon time of all users from the configured DCs and filter the results based on that to generate the inactive users for both O365 and AD
    6. To assign, remove, or revoke the licenses of Office 365 users, select the desired users, clickMore Actions and select the necessary action underOffice 365 Management from the drop down list.
    7. To manage the Exchange Online mailbox settings of Office 365 users, select the desired user accounts, clickMore Actions and select the desired mailbox management action underMailbox Management from the list.

    Litigation hold enabled Exchange Online Mailboxes

    This report helps you list the Excahnge Online (Office 365) mailboxes for which litigation hold has been enabled.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Litigation Hold Enabled Mailboxes link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Never logged on Office 365 Users

    This report helps you view all Office 365 users who have never logged on to Exchange online during the specified time period.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Never Logged On Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    ActiveSync Enabled Office 365 Users

    This report helps you identify the Office 365 users for whom ActiveSync has been enabled for their mailboxes.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the ActiveSync Enabled Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Exchange Online Shared Mailbox

    This report lists all the shared mailboxes available in your Exchange Online (Office 365) environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Office 365 User Reports, click the Shared Mailbox link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 Users' Last Logon

    This report helps you obtain informationfetch the lost logon time and last logoff time of Office 365 users, along with other details such as licenses assigned to them, and more.

    To generate this report,

    1. ClickOffice 365 tab.
    2. SelectReports link from the left pane.
    3. UnderReports, selectUser Reportslink. UnderUser Reports, selectLast Logonlink.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and clickGenerate button.

    Licensed Office 365 Users Report

    This report fetches the list of all users in your Office 365 setup for whom licenses have been assigned, along with the list of services assigned through each license.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under License Reports, click the Licensed Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Unlicensed Office 365 Users Report

    This report lists all the users in your Office 365 environment for whom no Office 365 license has been assigned.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under License Reports, click the Unlicensed Users link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 License Details Report

    This report lists all the available licenses for your Office 365 environment. Further, for each license, you will also get the list of all active units, assigned units, warning units, suspended and locked out units for each license.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under License Reports, click the License Details link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    All Office 365 Groups Report

    This report provides the list of all groups available in your Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the All Groups link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 Security Groups Report

    This report provides the list of the security groups in your Office 365 setup.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the Security Groups link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 Distribution Groups Report

    This report provides the list of all distribution groups in your Office 365 environment.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the Distribution Groups link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 Group Members Report

    This report provides the list of all users who are members of the selected groups in your Office 365 environment. Supports distribution lists, security groups, and Office 365 groups.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Reports tab.
    2. Click the Office 365 Reports link from the list of available report categories.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the Group Members link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account.
    5. Select the required groups corresponding to the chosen Office 365 account from the list and click the Generate button.

    Office 365 Dynamic Distribution Groups Report

    This report provides details on groups which have prescribed conditions, that must be satisfied, to be a member of them.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click Reports and select Group Reports.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the Dynamic Distribution Groups link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account.
    5. Click the Generate Now button.

    Office 365 Dynamic Distribution Group Members Report

    This report provides details of users who are members of dynamic distribution groups.

    To generate this report,

    1. Click the Office 365 tab.
    2. Click Reports and select Group Reports.
    3. Under Group Reports, click the Dynamic Distribution Group Members link.
    4. Select the desired Office 365 account.
    5. Click the Generate Now button.
