Self Service Portal
By Default Self Service Portal enables end users to view and update
their Contact Information in Active Directory. He can be also entitled
to perform other functions by delegation from Administrator. To perform
this operation follow the steps below:
- Click on the Delegation tab.
- Select the Self Service Portal Role link under Help Desk Roles.
- Select the functions which you want the end users to perform by their own.
- Click on save Role.
- Click Create HelpDesk role to create another HelpDesk role
