This feature makes it easy to add proxy email addresses to the desired users' mailboxes easily.

    Steps:

    • Click the Management tab.
    • Select Office 365 Management in the left pane. Then click the add proxy addresses link located under Mailbox Management.
    • Select the desired Office 365 account.
    • Select the desired users' mailboxes from the list.
    • Click the Configure link located at the right extreme.
    • In the additional email address, click the '+' icon to add new proxy address; use the external email address field to specify the email address of mail-enabled users.

      Note:
      - The list of Office 365 attributes supported, by ADManager Plus, in the naming format for email addresses are: DisplayName, FirstName, LastName, UserPrincipalName (UPN), Office, Department, Title, City, Country, PostalCode, MobilePhone, and Fax.
      - UserPrincipalName (UPN) can be used in the naming format to have the UPN prefix in the naming format. For example, if SMTP email address is specified as '%UPN%@example.com' and if the user's UPN is 'username@illustration.com', then, the proxy email address will be 'username@example.com'
