## Microsoft Azure Managed Grafana - An Overview

Azure Managed Grafana is a fully managed visualization and monitoring service based on the open-source Grafana platform. Applications Manager's [Azure Managed Grafana monitoring](https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/azure-analytics-services-monitoring.html#h5) enables you to monitor the HTTP request rate and memory usage of your Azure Managed Grafana workspaces alongside your other Azure services.

## Monitored Parameters

Navigate to the **Category View** by clicking the **Monitors** tab. Hover over 'Child Monitors' under **Microsoft Azure** in the Cloud Apps table, and then select the **Managed Grafana** monitor from the displayed tooltip. This action will display the bulk configuration view for Microsoft Azure Managed Grafana in three tabs:

- **Availability** tab gives the availability history for the past 24 hours or 30 days.
- **Performance** tab gives the health status and events for the past 24 hours or 30 days.
- **List view** tab enables you to perform [bulk admin configurations](https://www.manageengine.com/products/applications_manager/help/bulk-config.html).

### Performance Overview

| HTTP Request Rate | The total number of HTTP requests per minute to the Azure Managed Grafana between the poll intervals (in requests/min). |
| HTTP Requests | The total number of HTTP requests to the Azure Managed Grafana between the poll intervals. |
| **MEMORY USAGE** |  |
| Memory Usage | The average memory usage of the Azure Managed Grafana at the time of polling (in %). |

| Location | The Azure region where the Managed Grafana instance is deployed. |
| Provisioning State | The provisioning state of the Managed Grafana instance. Possible values: Accepted, Creating, Updating, Deleting, Succeeded, Failed, Canceled, Deleted, NotSpecified. |
| Public Network Access | Indicates whether public network access is enabled for the Managed Grafana instance. Possible values: Enabled, Disabled. |
| API Key | Indicates whether API key authentication is enabled for the Managed Grafana instance. Possible values: Enabled, Disabled. |
| Domain Name Label Scope | The scope used for deterministic DNS name hash calculation. |
| Deterministic Outbound IP | Indicates whether the Managed Grafana instance uses deterministic outbound IP addresses. Possible values: Enabled, Disabled. |
| Endpoint | The endpoint of the Managed Grafana instance. |
| Grafana Version | The Grafana software version used by the Managed Grafana instance. |
| Zone Redundancy | Indicates whether zone redundancy is enabled for the Managed Grafana instance. Possible values: Enabled, Disabled. |
