You can configure thresholds and alarms for the attributes and based on them actions can be executed. For eg., if CPU utilization of the server exceeds 90% -> alert an email alert.

Select the Attribute for which you want to configure alarms. For eg., CPU Utilization in apm-w7-lap. Next, click on associate link to associate the threshold for that attribute - CPU Utilization [Critical > 90%, Warning > 65%, Clear <= 65%]. Save the alarm configuration.
