1. The Active Directory Reports does not seem to get updated. What could be the reason?

  • Ensure that AD Update Scheduler has been configured to update the Active Directory Reports periodically. Check configuration from Admin --> Report Settings.
  • Click the Update Now link to synchronize the data and check.

2. The password expiry reports does not seem to be accurate.

One possible reason could be that the max. password age for that domain could not be obtained. In such cases, the max. age is assumed as 42 days and all the calculations will be based on this value.
