Retrieves all add-on management profiles.

  Optional. Set to true to return only published profiles.
- **limit** `integer` — Optional  
  Optional. Maximum number of profiles to return per page. Used for pagination.
- **offset** `integer` — Optional  
  Optional. Number of profiles to skip before starting to return results. Used for pagination.
- **skip-token** `string` — Optional  
  Optional. Token for pagination to retrieve the next set of results.
- **trash** `boolean` — Optional  
  Optional. Set to true to include trashed (deleted) profiles in results.
